  1. Republic of Belarus is a country in Eastern Europe. Bordered by Russia to the east, Ukraine to the south, Poland to the west, Lithuania and Latvia to the northwest. The capital of Belarus is Minsk. Here you can visit National Library, Minsk Arena, Gates of the city and Troitskoe suburb. AFAIK the National Library has 22 floors and was completed in January 2006 and opened on 16 June 2006. More than 90000 citizens of Belarus are library users. The library delivers about 12000 documents daily. If u travel to Belarus, then this city must become one of your travel destinations! Also if u want to visit Belarus, u should go to the Mir castle. Mir castle complex is the unique monument of national culture of Belarus. Castle Museum in Mir dates back to 20th centuries. Along with the traditional tour, the museum provides theatrical representations. On concert stages of Mir music and knight festivals, festivals of arts and crafts are traditionally held. Mir Castle was included into the UNESCO List of World Heritage. This year the complex was visited by more than 200000 visitors. U are always welcome to BELARUS !!! HF :D

  2. Belarus is an attractive country with varied landscape and many picturesque sights. At first I would recommend you to visit the Bialowieza forest. It is a really great place to spend your day. European bisons habitat, the residence of Father Frost and the highest fir-tree of Europe - all this things and even more you can see in Bialowieza forest. It is quite far from Minsk, but it is worth visiting. Then I would strongly advise you to visit The Brest Fortress. View of ruined walls makes us remember the exploits of our soldiers. The last place I would like to advice you to visit is Dudutki.
There you can see the house in which our forefathers lived, eat traditional Belarusian food, buy souvenirs made of straw or clay.

    2. I've been in all these places. I've been in the Bialowieza forest on Christmas. I think it's the best time to visit it, because in this time you'll get into the fairytale. In my opinion the best time to visit Dudutki and the Brest Fortress is summer or spring, because then you may spend more time outdoors.
