    Sushi is not only delicious, but it's also very good for you.Sushi can be a nutrient-packed healthy meal. But one wrong step however can add an abundance of fat and calories or sodium. Sushi most of all have fish, prawns and different seafood. There we can find vitamin A and sodium. Vitamin A is good for our eyes. Mineral sodium is help to keep the right amount of water in our bodies. Sushi always have rice. We can find there B complex, vitamin E and zinc. B complex helps our bodies process the foods we eat. Vitamin E keeps our skin healthy. And zinc helps our bodies process carbon dioxide.

  2. Hvorost isn’t only a tasty dish. Also it has a lot of health benefits, for example vitamin B. Everyone have heard about it but did you know, that it helps to creating of the hormone serotonin or a hormone of happiness? Eggs and milk have vitamin D, iron and zinc. This vitamins and minerals help our bones to grow properly and process the food we eat. Also says what eggs fights stress. Mayonnaise is a rich source many nutrients. And it has omega-3 and omega-6 fats. Mayonnaise is the fattest ingredient and it couldn't be added if you allergic to fats.

Eating these vegetables can help our digestive system and give us the energy and nutrients. Beet is good for our eyes and heart. It can help to control their weight. Potato keeps our bones and skin heaithy. The best food to keep colds and flu at bay is carrot, because it is full of vitamins C and A. Onion helps our bodies process the foods we eat. Sour cabbage or pickled cucumbers are often also added to the main ingredients of Vinegret. They promote growth of our body and makes us feel energetic.
