Nowadays many students' problem is lack of time. Are you facing the same problem? Why does it happen? Are there any solutions to this problem? Please, share your ideas and advice
in my opinion, many students have lack of time due to a lot of homework. It happens because of a lot of subjects and not all students can do them very good. I think teachers can make less homework and students will have some more time to relax.
I get your point, Dasha. I have just some doubts about it. I don't think that all students spend their days and nights doing their homework. It seems like some of them waste their time on something else. Do you agree with me?
I know some students spending too much time on learning lessons they won't need in future. I think it would be much better, if we had a division into classes according to specialization earlier. For example, in 7th form.
Nowadays such time-eaters as computer games, phone apps and game consoles attract too much students' attention, in my opinion. Teenagers spend so much time on such things that it's not surprising they face this problem. Maybe, if students pay less attention to their computers, they will have more time to relax and sleep.
I absolutely agree with you! Then, if the problem is so easy to be sorted out, why don't such student give up spending so much time on their electronic toys?
Yes, I have the same problem. Lack of time is very actual for teenagers. As for me I'm very busy with the additional classes. I have to work harder in some subjects. Besides, home tasks are very large-scale. Basically the preparation takes much time up to 12 pm. So I even don't have any leisure time. It seems to me that it should be a division into specialized classes. Thus students will learn those courses they want to & they need to know for their future profession. And they won't spend precious time on the subjects they are not capable to learn. This reveals the talents of the students.
Another good idea! I support your suggestion that we should have classes specialzed in some particular subjects. It would be more effective and less time consuming for students.
I strongly believe that the most efficient way to solve the time problem is to stop watching TV.Social network and computer games are time wasting too.
Many teenagers can't imagine their life without social networking. They say it's a good way of communication and relaxation. Can they give it up? And another quetstion: Are all computer games time wasting?
The main reason of the lack of time, especially among teenagers, is an inability to manage time. Modern world is full of temptations: TV series, social networks, on-line and off-line computer games... Everyone can find his way to waste time instead of doing thing we really need. The only thing we can do with this - not to succumb to the temptations.
I don't think that only computer, TV and phone are the main reason of the lack of time. Many pupils have additional classes or sections. I can't understand why we must do homework at home after long school day if we have more interesting ways to pass our leisure time? I have 4 or 5 sections where I can something ''to my soul'' like doing cards and notebooks, or like learning French. Of course, learning in school is important, but we need more free time and we should do whatever we want to at this time because it is OUR leisure time. I write it late at night because today I went camping for one day with scouts because I am going to become a scout. All other time I was busy too. I had no time to write something on the blog. I think we should have less homework. And I also think that we have a lot of useless lessons at school and we should more care about lesson that'll be used to our job.
I'm agree with Dasha and Violet.. But,also I have another view. I think, many people spend their time to irrational behavior! One of the solution of this problem is keep a diary of your daily activities for a week. Use the diary to assess how much spare time you actually have.

DeleteDasha, I think it is the most global problem. Because I also spend a lot of time on my phone too, and I can't get rid of this bad habit.
DeleteI don't really know why. It seems to be a psychological problem.
DeleteIt's called addiction which is very difficult to get rid of. There must be a good reason to do it.

DeleteIt seems that I have just wrote the same suggestion before...
DeleteI totally agree with Violet September.
