  1. Nowadays a lot of teenagers feel stressed because of some problems. The main problem is a school,studying and marks.Studying makes our life so unhappy and exhausted,that we can't sleep sometimes! The next problem is our society.Sometimes people or our classmates can be really cruel and unfriendly. The third problem is our family. As usual we have a lot of misunderstandings with our parents,adults just have no opportunity to understand us,they always have another point of view and try to defend it.And usually they don't try to avoid a conflict.
    However there are a lot of teenagers problems, but anyway we should be positive and to win the stress!

  2. 1) Stress is very seldom phenomenon in my life. But it can be so severe that I don’t know what to do.
    2) Most of my stresses are linked with problems in life. Such as school, family and others.
    3) Yes, it is a common phenomenon nowadays. Every day, most of the world's population has got stress which can be caused by any unpleasant event.

    I advise you to be positive and cheerful person because these features of character can overcome any stress.

    Stress is very important issue...
    If we don't stop nerves , stress will goes out of control in the future.
    In my opinion, it's very important to save our nervous system!!!
    On the other hand, I don’t believe that a stress free life is possible. I think life without stress is very boring..
    The main problem is bad marks at school! Because they always spoil the mood, and then person can have troubles with his family...😁
    It’s important to take breaks during your hard day. Many solutions, such as doing massage,go outside and appreciate the fresh air and the magnificent sky.

  4. I am a very stressful person. I feel nervous very often and there are a lot of things that make me feel so. What make me stressed? My marks. My homework. My family. Lack of time. Situations then I quarrel with somebody. Situations then I feel lonely. Situations then my mum makes me do something that I don'n want to do. My classmates...
    And there are SO many problems!
    What helps me to avoid stress?
    *My friends
    *Intresting people (like Lera Zhukovich)
    *Sometimes my family
    *My dairy
    *Chocolate and sweets
    *Energy of my room
    *and other
    So, remember TODAY ALWAYS BETTER THEN ALL OTHER DAYS so say it every day, that TODAY IS THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE!!!

  5. I've so much stress in my life. I often feel worried about my school lessons and marks. When I'm stressed I feel a lot of negative emotions and pressure. Also in this condition I can be agressive and rude. Every day I have only five hours of sleep so that I feel tired, moody and depressive during the day. It's very important to recognize that our health isn't endless and inexhaustible. And the way to good health is in a deep sleep and in strong nerves. There's no achievement which could be more important than wellness.

  6. No doubt that a teenager’s life is very stressful. And I’m not an exception. I have to say that the main factors that make me feel stressed are relationships with teachers, schoolmates, difficulties with studies, unacceptable marks, lack of time for preparing homework. As you can understand students haven’t got enough time for rest. It a very big problem, that influences a wide stressfulness in our lives. Obviously that stress is a common phenomenon nowadays. I’m not the only with this problem. For me exercising yoga regularly is very helpful. When I lose my temper my mum advises me to do deep breathing. Hobbies, for example, music, art or computer help me relax. This is the way I monitor my stress. Don’t forget about chocolates…they will make you happy. (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)

  7. We all know that teenage years are, probably, the most difficult ones. When you are fifteen, you may have a very fikcle character. It may sometimes seem that no-one understands you and no-one can help you, or even that you don't understand yourself. School, friends, relations - everything pressures you and you don't know how to cope with it all. In order to stay healthy and not to become depressive you should carve out at lest ten minutes every day and spend them doing whatever you want to or just doing nothing. I enjoy spending these minutes playing the piano, reading light books, dreaming about a better life or just watching the sunset. This really helps me to clear my mind and live on.

    1. You are absolutely right. A 15-ear-old can be very difficult to deal with. I know!!! Hormones double the stress teenagers get from school and a lack of time. Fortunately, you will grow out of it soon :)

  8. What we can do to keep our stress under contol? Firstly, it's some quotes that you would repeat yourself. For me it's "If you cry-you cry because of worthy people, but worthy people not make you cry".Also chocolate, sweets and fastfood helps me to avoid stress. What else? When you sleep more, you are not annoyed, so you keep stess under control.Farther, you can write some notes in a diary. And how about writing your problems in a piece of paper and burning them down?

  9. Stress is a natural phenomenon in our life. We worry about school,marks,society. Our life is really very stressful. How we can avoid stress?

    2)Put the informers in your ears.
    3)Drink a warm red or black tea with a lemon slice.It relaxe you very well.:-)

  10. Stress is a part of life and you can't always avoid it. But you can try to avoid situations that can cause it, and you can control how you respond to it.
    After you know what is causing your stress, try making some changes in your life that will help you avoid stressful situations. Here are a few ideas:

    Manage your time
    Time management is a way to find the time for more of the things you want and need to do. It helps you decide which things are important and which can wait. Managing your time can make your life easier and less stressful.
    Look at your lifestyle
    Your lifestyle may not cause stress on its own, but it can prevent your body from recovering from it. Try to:

    Find a balance between personal, work, and family needs. This isn't easy. Start by looking at how you spend your time. Maybe there are things that you don't need to do at all.
    Have an aim in life.
    Get enough sleep. Your body recovers from the stresses of the day while you are sleeping.
    Adopt healthy habits. Eat a healthy food and don't smoke. Staying healthy is your best defense against stress.
    Exercise. Even moderate exercise such as taking a daily walk can reduce stress.

  11. My life is not very stressful. I'm easy-going person. But when i play games i often come across bad teammates. I lose because of them and my rating in the game falls. Because of this i feel stressed.

  12. Stress is very often popular thing in our life. It can caused by our nerves when my parents put pessure on me,provoke a serious conflict, when my mom scolded me for bad marks at school and I am starting to itch my skin everywhere, and when I am sweating
